Tashan: With Tashan crashing at the box office, there is a flurry of activity at Yash Raj Films. And filmmaker Aditya Chopra is making sure that none of his upcoming releases meet with such dismal fate at the box office. He’s taking avid interest in every aspect of Siddharth Anand’s Bachna Ae Haseeno starring Ranbir Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Minissha Lamba and Deepika Padukone releasing August 15 and Kunal Kohli’s Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic gearing up for release on June 27 starring Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukerji.

There is a buzz that parts of the films are being reshot right now. It’s all very understandable since he’s now in the hot seat to protect his banner’s reputation of making quality cinema and not just stylised picturisation and glamourous star casts.  Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma also crashed and burned at the box office with his "Factory" churning out dud after dud, read Go, Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag and Nishabd, in 2007. Yash Raj too might be headed the Factory way if they continue producing films like Tashan and Jhoom Barabar Jhoom
